When dealing with strip out contracts of any size, we operate a fast and effective system of work aimed at producing a clean, snag-free finish whilst avoiding needless making good, resulting in a spotless site ready for refurbishment.
Our fleet of disposal vehicles of 3.5-ton, 7.5-ton, 20-ton and 32 ton grab lorries and tippers are on hand to tackle a variety of contracts regardless of difficulty of location or restriction of access.
Everything recycled
All materials are recycled wherever possible including suspended ceiling systems, carpet tiles, air-conditioning equipment and scrap metals.
As well as providing an initial strip out service, we have extensive experience in conducting internal work of a structural nature. With the use of the latest technology, we are equipped to undertake the most ambitious of cut and carve schemes including the removal of floor slabs, stair cores, lift shafts, beams and columns together with deep basement excavations.
Our fleet of mini-excavators, skid steer loaders, dumpers, conveyors and hoist systems are able to tackle demolition tasks within confined spaces where once only manual operations could be undertaken. The use of such equipment allows us to provide our clients with considerable savings that make these projects all the more attractive.
